Wheeler, 56, of Blackwater Close in Spencers Wood, admitted falsely claiming....wait for it!

Between the years 1993 to 1996 he calimed over 150k in Benefits whilst never declaring that he was in full time employment. He was given in this bloggers opinion a criminally short sentence of 9 months.
He wont be doing that again will he.
